January 17th marks Leah’s and my second wedding anniversary. It was the most beautiful day and one that has never ended. The images from our wedding reside prominently in our hearts, minds and living room wall.
I’ve never been too interested in wedding photography, until Leah and I where planning our own wedding and we discovered the photography of Jennifer Skog {Skog as in Vogue}.
Jennifer’s photography is emotionally captivating. She captures not only the aesthetic beauty of the moment, but also the emotional vitality stirring beneath. The stories within her images evoke our universal desire for a connection to life and living.
Jennifer’s work touched us. Her creativity inspired me both personally and professionally. It’s a constant reminder that creative development, like photography, is not about the lights, camera, and action. It’s about cultivating an understanding for the more universal stories that resonate emotionally. It’s about the stories that make each and every one of us YOU-nique and thus valued. This is the quality that defines and differentiates every individual’s worth. Cultivating these aspects of my client’s stories is the guiding principle to my creative approach..
Jennifer is a true artist; she loves what she does and it shows. Visit her website and blog and see for yourself. Don’t be shy. Leave a comment in her blog if you like what you see.
Thank you Jennifer!
